As a busy mom of 2, I completely understand how difficult it is to try and workout in our busy days to actually fit in a workout, that is why I created The Mom Squad! All you need is 15 mins to set aside 3 times a week where you dedicate those 15 mins to YOURSELF to do your workouts which will help you feel amazing, look amazing and I promise you will be so much more productive once you have got your workouts complete.
The beauty of The Mom Squad is that we are all Mom’s, so WE GET IT, we all understand each other and understand the busy lives that we live, we don’t have hours in the day to get to the gym or have hours to prep our foods because most of our time is taken up by working, house cleaning and the kids, however, this doesn’t mean that we should neglect ourselves, working out is so good for our mind, body, and soul. These HIIT sessions leave you feeling absolutely pumped for the day and ready to take on anything.
We are living in strange times now where we are spending more time at home, probably more than ever before, do something productive with that time, invest in yourself, make a positive change that us going impact your daily life.
